A beginner’s guide to carving, creating a leaf motif coaster using some of the most popular carving tools. The session will cover pattern transfer, an understanding of the manipulation of the leather, casing and tooling. Where time allows a demonstration of dyeing to highlight tooling will be shown.

All materials and tools will be provided, however you are welcome to bring your own – to see the tools we will be using on the class click here.
