Celtic Circles & Borders Craftaid

Embossing sheet for transferring patterns to vegetable tanned leather - Celtic Circles and Borders. Easily create neat and even Celtic knotwork on your leather projects. Celtic circles and borders - Large circle approx 16cm (6 1/4") diameter (inner knotwork 9cm, 3 1/2") diameter, knotwork borders in two widths - 2.5mm (1") or 21mm (13/16"). Use this embossing sheet to easily transfer artwork onto leather for tooling, stamping or pyrography or use as a simple light embossing plate.  Directions for Use: Dampen the leather and lay the craftaid face down, with the raised areas touching the leather, work over the acrylic sheet with a bone folder or ballpoint stylus, to create a rubbing action, making sure you cover all the design area. Carefully lift away and your design will be imprinted into the leather. Use to emboss designs or to create an outline ready for carving and adding tooling details. Each craftaid explains which craftools to use to get the details shown in the cover photo.
