Delivery Information

Once an order is received, we will do our utmost to despatch within 48 hours of receipt. Should there be any reason for a delay, we will notify by email or telephone. Once despatched you should expect an order within 5 working days and where applicable tracking detail will be issued.

Carriage/Delivery – standard UK delivery charges will be:

  • For orders up to £20.00 - £3.75
  • For orders £21.00-£50.00 - £6.00
  • For orders £51.00-£80.00 - £8.00
  • For orders £81.00 and upwards - £10.75

We will generally use Royal Mail for orders under 2 kilos and carriers for orders over 2 kilos in weight. Should an item be especially urgent then we can send by signed services that can occur additional costs. A very few items on the website are subject to additional carriage costs due to weight or the chemical nature of the item and this will be indicated with the item and at check-out.

International shipping charges will be indicated at the check-out page dependant upon the country selected and will only be a guide.  Once an order has been received, we may contact with extra charges dependant upon content and volumetric size of order.  Equally if we can find a cheaper shipper than quoted at check-out, we will refund shipping we do not use.

A Guide to International Shipping Charges:

  • For orders up to £20.00 - £15.00 upwards
  • For orders between £21.00-£50.00 - £19.50 upwards
  • For orders between £51.00-£80.00 - £25.00 upwards
  • For orders over £81.00 - £35.00 upwards

(we are in the process of defining the rates by region, for instance North America is more expensive than the EU, also carrier rates between different regions differ greatly)

Please note that PO Box numbers are not accepted by carriers and in the event that you wish to use one, please contact us and we will try for a satisfactory solution.

You are responsible for any customs, duties or taxes imposed by your country. The Identity Store Limited or its subsidiaries Identity Leathercraft or Identity in Printing will not issue refunds where you did not receive your order because you failed to pay customs, duties or taxes imposed by your country.

Amending an order if you wish to amend an order please contact us immediately and we will do everything possible to accommodate a change prior to despatch. If you would like to add products to an order, you can place a new order for these items, we will be happy to combine and refund postage where feasibly possible.

If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items or cancel your order completely please contact us and quote your name, order number and order date.
