This useful pack will help you make your own leather axe cover, suitable for most small axes. The leather has been left for you to cut so that you can make it to the size required.

Comes in a neat box making it an ideal gift. 
Note the leather in this kit is natural undyed veg tan, approx 2.5 - 3mm.

1 x Leather piece 288mm x 163mm
1 x Leather for strap 256mm x  30mm
5 x screwposts to hold leather together (for thicker leather use 1290-)
1 x rapid rivet to secure the strap
1 x Sam Browne button stud fastener for strap

YOU WILL NEED

A sharp knife to cut the leather to shape, a rotary hole punch or drive punch, and some glue to attach the welt in place.

The leather can be dyed (not included), and for outdoor use we would recommend using Duck's Wax as a finish.
