Small circular stamps known as seeders, most commonly used to depict the centres of flowers. Use these small stamps last as the leather is beginning to dry out, they give quite a strong definition and can add finishing detail to a design. They can also be used with veiners or camouflage stamps to create a border design. These seeders have radiating lines from a centre circle. Note: sizes are approximate and are given by diameter to the outside of the radiating lines.
Carving stamps are made from a high quality ferrous steel which gives a consistent sharp and clear impression time after time. These can be identified from cheaper metal alternatives by checking to see if they are magnetic. Each tool has an integral steel handle measuring approximately 10.5cm, 4 ¼” and has a textured non-slip area for easier gripping.
